Jack of Diamonds

Allison and I met a friend of mine at an Italian restaurant in midtown called Grazie. Stuck to the ceiling at the back of the dining room was a jack of diamonds. We hypothesized how it'd gotten up there and decided that the only possible explanation should involve some combination of spider monkeys and krazy glue. Yup.

Crazy Corn

Ben's finished corn-on-the-cob on the left, Allison's on the right. Ben is borderline OCD about being neat with corn, can you tell? :P

Camel Ride!

Got to go on a camel ride. (Ben will narrate, of course. =) I was the only one older than 5 or 6 riding a camel haha.

The Zoo!

Ben and I got matching pink wristbands! We got them so we could ride around to different spots in the zoo, instead of doing a lot of walking. (Which we ended up doing anyway) Then there is my pointing at South Carolina on a big globe they have outside the zoo. Don't I look enthusiastic? (It was Ben's idea haha.)

Interesting architecture

Ben showed me the two "most interesting houses in Toronto". They had some funky designs along with weird attachments to the outside of the houses! Too bad I only got a picture of the blue one and not the pink one too.

Tickets

My first concert tickets! I will treasure mine for quite a while! :D

Lady. Gaga.

Ben and I have determined we need to buy a real camera haha. Picture quality is not the best, oh well.

Semi Precious Weapons

Her opening performance was pretty interesting and out there. (Semi Precious Weapons) Took a bit for the seats to fill up but when they did everyone whipped out their phone or camera (as seen in the first picture). Very interesting indeed.

Lady Gaga and Toronto hotdogs

There were some pretty crazy outfits at the lady Gaga concert, which was amazing by the way! Best first concert for me to go to! Toronto has a signature hot dog stand and the hot dogs were amazing! =)

I'm really digging the sour gummi worms up here. (but only one flavor - the cherry one) You can see on my hand my new wound from trying to pick up one of the guinea pigs. They have very sharp claws when they are trying to get away. Haha.

Sushi

Went out last night with some of Ben's friends to a sushi restaurant downtown. This is the specialty of the place, sushi on fire! They even sprinkle gold flakes on top, which are apparently edible... :D

Chandelier

Went to a very fancy steak house for Bobby and Kei's wedding dinner. Took a picture of the chandelier for my dad. =) Might as well post it and show it to everyone else. (Cue the Ooooh and Ahhhhs.)
