Korean BBQ level 2!

Korean BBQ

This is pretty interesting. You order raw meat and get to cook it right on the grill in front of you. It's buffet style so you can order as many plates of beef or chicken or pork that you want. They don't have too many veggies other than salad though.

Guinea Pig Rescue! Part 2!

They are very excited about their new house and area, we're going to expand it tomorrow by buying another area for them to crawl under. Their house right now is a bird cage with a little peek-a-boo hole and the roof torn off. :) More pictures tomorrow when we redo the cage.

Guinea Pig Rescue!

The one on the left is Lizzy, a short hair American, and the one on the right is Molly an Abyssinian! They are very shy right now but they will soon warm up. They were stuck next to a pathway where dogs walked in the animal shelter behind the SPCA. :(

Air Freshener Fail

While going to dinner, I saw this air freshener in a car. It's supposed to go in your house, not your car haha. This one is partially melted on the dash from the sun. Priceless.

Tim Hortons 2

My favorite breakfast is now a sprinkle vanilla dip donut and an ice coffee! (Breakfast has gone to a whole new level....)

Pro Bass Shop

Went to the Pro Bass Shop here in Toronto and the place had their own two little ponds full of rainbow trout and other little fishies swimming around. Never seen big fish like that in such a small space!

Tim Hortons

Not everyone goes to starbucks in Canada, but everyone goes to Tim Hortons for coffee and donuts. Very good stuff! Ben made me stand with my back to him so everyone could see my new jacket which we got at Lululemon. Lululemon is an athletic shop for mainly girls, lots of really nice jogging clothes and yoga outfits.

Little Big Planet

Very fun PlayStation3 game Ben and I bought Saturday. Ben made his character have a shark costume while I dressed up mine as a werewolf. Rawr!

Work Space

As you can see Ben takes up most of the space with his big tv monitor for his pc and then the right laptop as well. I got stuck with the left corner, but at least my chair is bigger and cushier than his! haha.

Wild Bunnies!

Apparently there are a lot of wild bunnies up here and boy are they cute! =) Saw this little guy in a park, hope you guys can see him in the grass.

Poutine is interesting and very Canadian.

Apparently if Canadians want to confuse Americans they will start talking about poutine. Poutine is a Canadian treat that consists of french fries covered in mozzarella cheese and gravy. The mozzarella cheese is melted by the hot gravy. It's actually better than it sounds if you can get over how fattening it is haha.

Wardrobe for my room!

Got myself a wardrobe for my new room and Ben helped me set it up the other day! Ben says that I need to post more... So the whole set cost $1300 but we didn't have the tools or the mindset to put on the sliding glass doors. We ended up taking them back and getting $650 back! Ridiculous!!

Ice Cream

I really like the ice cream they have for sale at Ikea, almost as much as I like the ice cream I tried up at Aunt Linda's.

Returning items to IKEA

Ikea is the furniture store where I got a new wardrobe for my room along with some desks. Unfortunately, some of it was too complicated for Ben and myself to put together so we were taking it back!

Mongolian Barbe-cute!

According to legend, Mongolian barbecue was invented during the time of Genghis Khan. In sweeping across Asia and Europe, the Mongol hordes would make camp at night and place their metal shields over their campfires to serve as cooking surfaces. They would then cook food on them using sticks that they found nearby. Unfortunately, they didn't have rice noodles back then. :(

Bunnies!

Me feeding Ben's bunnies, they are quite timid. The brown one is Hazel and the grey one is Sesame. Hazel is the dominant one. She weighs almost 10 lbs!

KETCHUP

Ketchup potato chips! Yummy! They have other flavors too, like Dill Pickle (?!)!!

Robin's nest

Robin's nest under the back balcony! There were four eggs inside...
